Exchange Policy

We want you to love every outfit you purchase from Naz-o-Nakhre. If something isn’t right, we offer a smooth and easy exchange process.

1. Exchange Window

• You may request an exchange within **7 days** of receiving your order.  
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange is accepted if:
• Wrong size received  
• Wrong product delivered  
• Product is defective or damaged  
• Size doesn’t fit (size exchange allowed)

We do NOT accept exchanges for:
• Used or washed items  
• Items with perfume, makeup stains, or wear marks  
• Final Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

1) Order number  
2) Reason for exchange  
3) Product pictures

4. Exchange Process

• Customer ships the item back to our studio  
• Once received, we verify the product  
• Replacement item is dispatched within 2–3 working days

5. Shipping Charges

• Exchange shipping cost is paid by the customer  
• If we sent a wrong or damaged item → Naz-o-Nakhre pays return shipping
