1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all major cities of Pakistan.

2. How long does delivery take?

• Punjab / Sindh major cities: 2–4 working days
• Karachi & remote areas: 4–7 working days

3. What are the shipping charges?

• FREE shipping on orders over Rs. 2,500
• Orders below Rs. 2,500 will have standard courier charges

4. How do I request an exchange?

Just WhatsApp us at +92 321 3129731 with your order number and product pictures. We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We offer exchanges only. A refund is only issued if the item is out of stock or a verified defect has no replacement available.

6. What if the size doesn’t fit?

No problem — we offer size exchange as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your parcel ships, you will receive:
• Tracking number
• Courier link
• SMS or email update

8. Do you restock sold-out articles?

Yes, selected popular designs are restocked. You can message us on WhatsApp to confirm restock dates.

We currently operate online only. Our stitching studio is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
