Refund / Return Policy

Naz-o-Nakhre currently offers **exchanges only**, not cash refunds.

Refunds are only applicable if:
• The item is out of stock  
• You paid online and we cannot provide the product  
• A manufacturing defect is verified and no replacement is available  

Refunds are issued via:
• Bank transfer  
• JazzCash / Easypaisa  

Refund processing time: **3–5 working days**
